Duties of the doctor of International Patient Unit: Mrs. Dr. Mamashli
- Initial Visit: Visiting the patient within the first hour of hospitalization.
- Physician Coordination: Coordinating with the attending physician and taking initial orders.
- Department Coordination: Coordinating with the head of the department and the nursing office to perform preclinical procedures and patient consultations as soon as possible.
- Daily Visits: Conducting daily visits to the patient.
- Electronic File Preparation: Coordinating with the person in charge of the electronic system and the hospital website to prepare the electronic file.
- Case Summary Preparation: Cooperating with the attending physician to prepare a summary of the patient's case and documents in English.
- Emergency Follow-Up: Following up on any emergency events that may happen to the patient within 24 hours.
- Complaint Information: Providing adequate information to the patient about how to file a complaint.
Duties of the nurse of International Patient Unit: Mrs. Goodarzi
- Full Coordination: Working closely with the IPD expert to ensure seamless patient care.
- Patient Reception: Receiving the patient from the IPD specialist.
- Medical Services Coordination: Providing medical services in coordination with the attending physician.
- Patient Training: Offering necessary training to the patient while they receive relevant services.
- Document Completion: Completing documents related to the provision of nursing services in the patient's file.
- Clearance Coordination: Managing clearance matters in coordination with the IPD expert.
