Once they obtain the IPD license, they can establish an IPD unit within the hospital. The responsibilities of this unit include:
Cost Estimation: The IPD unit estimates the approximate treatment costs based on the patient's illness and informs the patient before their trip.
Patient Admission and Coordination: The unit handles all aspects of patient admission and treatment procedures, including coordinating the operating room, doctors, hospital rooms, financial matters, and more
